Return and Payment Policy

We are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all terms regarding payments and cancellations are clear.

1. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Stripe, and other secure online payment systems

Invoices will be issued electronically upon confirmation of payment. Payments for services are due before the commencement of work unless explicitly stated otherwise in the agreement.

2. Service Delivery

The services we provide are primarily digital and are delivered through email, video conferencing, cloud storage, or other electronic means. Services are considered complete once the client has received the final deliverables or project documentation. For ongoing projects, updates and drafts may be delivered in stages for feedback and approval.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a project or consultation before the commencement of the service by submitting a written request to royalpixelltd@gmail.com. Once work has begun or a digital consultation has been provided, cancellations may result in partial refunds, depending on the stage of the project. Cancellation requests submitted after the first draft or concept is delivered are typically non-refundable unless there are exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are limited once work has begun. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service has not yet started.
  • The client mistakenly purchased the wrong package, and no work has been done.
  • Technical issues prevented the completion of the service.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Services that have been completed and delivered.
  • Work already performed, either partially or in full.
  • Delays resulting from the client's failure to communicate or provide necessary information.

Any approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Consumer Rights

In accordance with consumer protection laws, clients within the European Union have a 14-day right to cancel under the Directive 2011/83/EU. By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge that this right will expire once work has commenced or digital materials have been delivered.

6. Business-to-Business (B2B) Transactions

For corporate or business clients, payment and refund terms are governed by individual contracts or invoices. Refunds, credits, or compensation for B2B projects are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and must be confirmed in writing by both parties. Invoices and accounting records are stored securely for a minimum of 7 years to comply with tax and legal obligations.

7. Taxes and Fees

All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Clients in the European Union are responsible for paying any local VAT or tax obligations associated with cross-border services. Invoices will reflect accurate tax details based on the client's billing country and VAT regulations.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in processing a payment or service, please contact us at royalpixelltd@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback or external dispute. We aim to resolve all payment-related issues within 10 business days. Unfounded or fraudulent chargebacks may result in service suspension and potential legal recovery of outstanding amounts, including administrative fees.

9. Fraud Prevention

To ensure the integrity of transactions, we use secure payment systems and anti-fraud tools. Suspicious or unauthorized payments may be held temporarily for verification or declined. Confirmed fraudulent actions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

We may periodically update this Return and Payment Policy to reflect changes in services, technology, or legal requirements.
